“Can’t reach KeyUp”
What the amber connection banner means and how to get back online.
What it is
An amber banner saying Can’t reach KeyUp or Reconnecting… means your phone lost its connection to KeyUp.
When to use it
Try these if the banner doesn’t go away on its own.
How to do it

Wait a few seconds. KeyUp reconnects by itself, and messages you send wait and go out later.

Check that Wi-Fi or mobile data is on and airplane mode is off. Try opening a web page.

On work Wi-Fi, try switching to mobile data. Some networks block apps like KeyUp.

Close KeyUp and open it again.
