Share your friend code

Find your KU code and QR code, share it, or make a new one.

What it is

Your friend code is a short code like KU-7H3M-Q9TX that lets people add you. Your QR code holds the same code as a link.

When to use it

Use it when someone wants to add you as a friend.

How to do it

  1. Open the You tab. Your friend code and QR code are right under your name.

    Your friend code.

  2. Tap Copy to copy the code, or Share to send it in a text or chat app. The message says Add me on KeyUp with your code and link.

  3. Standing next to them? Let them take a picture or screenshot of your QR code, then they tap Code from photo in Add a friend.

  4. Shared your code with the wrong person? Tap Make a new code, then tap Make a new code again to confirm. Your old code stops working right away.

    Make a new code.
