See how many transcript hours are left

Space owners and admins can check hours used, hours left, and when they reset.

What it is

Each Space gets a set number of transcript hours a month, based on its plan. Space owners and admins can see how many hours are left, a breakdown per room, and the date the hours reset.

When to use it

Check this if transcripts stop, or before a busy month.

How to do it

  1. Go to People › Space settings › Transcripts to see Hours used, Hours left and the Resets on date.

  2. Below that, a per-room breakdown shows how many hours each room has used this month.

  3. Space owners and admins get a notification at 90% used, so there’s time to plan before the month resets.
