Guest pass limits

How many guests a Space can have, how often one person can use a guest pass, and how to keep someone.

What it is

Guest passes are for short visits, so there are a few limits. They keep a Space from filling up with strangers, and they nudge regular visitors toward becoming members.

When to use it

Read this if a guest pass won’t open, or you’re planning a busy day with lots of visitors.

How to do it

  1. Guests at once: a Free Space can have 1 active guest. Crew Spaces can have 10. Business Spaces can have 25. When a Space is full you’ll see This Space already has the most guests it can have right now.

  2. Guest time per person: each person (on the same phone) can use 2 guest passes for a Space every 30 days. On the third try it says You’ve used your guest time here this month. Ask to stay as a member.

  3. When that happens, the Space owner and admins get a notification: Name has used their guest time this month. Keep them in your Space?

    The owner hears about it.

  4. To keep someone: they create a free account (or sign in), join with the link, and ask to stay. Or invite them as a friend or by username.
