Remove a lost phone or watch
Sign out one phone or watch from your account, even if you don’t have it.
What it is
Removing a device signs it out of your account and takes it off your list. Your other phones and watches stay signed in.
When to use it
Use it when a phone or watch is lost, stolen, sold or replaced.
How to do it

On a phone that’s signed in, go to You › Devices.

Find the phone or watch you want gone and tap Remove. Tap Remove it to confirm.

KeyUp shows that the device was signed out and removed. Within a few seconds that device goes back to its sign-in or pairing screen and stops getting your rooms and notifications.
